MBM Peechlee Garden Sabzi Pani Pickle is a unique, seasonal delicacy made exclusively during the Winter season (موسم سرما). Unlike oil-based achars, this pickle features chunks of fresh, crunchy winter vegetables—such as carrots (گاجر), turnips (شلجم), and cauliflower (گوبھی)—which are preserved in a spiced, tangy liquid (مصالحے دار کھٹا پانی) rather than oil. The liquid often achieves its tanginess through natural fermentation or the addition of mustard seeds (Rai) and vinegar. This pickle is cherished for its light, refreshing, and pungent flavor and its distinct watery consistency.
MBM Sabzi Pani Pickle is prepared using the freshest winter produce and a traditional liquid masala:

Liquid Masala Base: A blend of water, salt, red chili powder, and key spices like Mustard Seeds (Rai) (سرسوں کے بیج), which aid in fermentation and preservation.
Natural Preservation: The preservation method often relies on natural fermentation (قدرتی تخمیر) triggered by mustard powder/seeds and light sun exposure (where applicable).
Purity Guarantee: No Chemical Use (کیمیکل سے پاک) – relies entirely on natural processes, spices, and salts.
Oil Use Note: While traditionally liquid-based, a minimal amount of Pure Mustard Oil (خالص سرسوں کا تیل) may be used to protect the top layer from mold, maintaining our quality standards.
The vegetables are lightly treated and immersed in the spiced water (مصالحہ پانی) for several days, allowing the flavors to penetrate and the pickle to reach its perfect sour and pungent state (کھٹا اور تیز ذائقہ).
